The Discovery Stage is
a fact-finding mission where MindWorks, in consultation with the client, collates critical information needed
to arrive at effective Direct Marketing solutions.
The Discovery is offered on two levels depending on client needs:
Macro Level – Where the client requires entire Communication Plan Development. This level involves collating relevant information from Business and Marketing Objectives to SWOT analysis and from historical communications activities and results to the marketing budget.
Micro Level – Where the client requires singular Communication Brief Development. This level involves collating relevant information from target market insights to brand style guides.
