We created a striking Outer Envelope with an extra window that helped highlight a special offer in the form of a removable card. Clever copy segmentation allowed for very relevant personalised message. This helped increase the perceived value of the incentive and the tactile card tipped to the letter (highlighting the special incentive) acted as an immediate ‘door opener’ and helped lift telemarketing recall.
