How to further
increase usage of an already successful bill payment product?
We used a cash prize incentive
to help boost BPAY usage among credit union members. We also reinforced the benefits. The incentive-driven usage helped increase their comfort levels of using this bill payment method and helped make BPAY their preferred bill payment method long term. The overall growing usage of BPAY also helped contribute to the success of this payment product.
