How does MindWorks charge for its services – hourly rate or fixed estimate?

Fixed Estimates. Responding to a written brief with defined deliverables MindWorks 'fixed' Cost Estimates detail how much is being charged and exactly what for. This way when the Invoice arrives there are no surprises.

 

In which area of marketing communications does MindWorks have the most expertise?

Direct Marketing. MindWorks disciplined approach starts with strategy and concludes with result evaluation and recommendation.

 

What are MindWorks key resource capabilities and can clients use only the ‘gaps’ in their own in-house resource capabilities?

MindWorks key capabilities are Direct Marketing specific. These include: research, consulting, strategic planning, full creative services, production, implementation, evaluation and recommendations. MindWorks can integrate with client in-house capabilities or other Agency Partners as required.

 

What are MindWorks core values? How do they impact clients?

Partnership, transparency and accountability. MindWorks has learnt that teamwork and disciplined processes deliver measurable outcomes that lead to continual improvement.

 

For creative work, how much can clients edit, review or redirect work? Is there a limit on revisions?

Client has final approval of creative and revision requirements. MindWorks creative process is collaborative. MindWorks deploys MindSearch® a 3 step creative development process - to ensures client and agency have clearly articulated the value proposition that will drive the Creative Idea. Once approved 2-3 Creative Concepts are presented and evaluated against the client approved Creative Idea. The Creative Concept is then applied to required Deliverables with an allowance for 1-2 rounds of client changes at the Finished Artwork stage.

Campaign Debrief. Before starting campaign MindWorks works with client to determine success criteria and how results will be measured. At the conclusion of each campaign (or incrementally as required) MindWorks presents results achieved, analysis of results and recommendation for next steps.

Three to five years. MindWorks early investment in client relationship to better understanding customer insights through our proprietary tool MindSearch® delivers an initial lift in results and incremental improvement overtime.
